Travis Furr

Travis Furr serves as Chief Investment Officer of Direct Retail Partners with responsibility for the origination of new investments, business plan development and managing equity and debt relationships for the firm. Mr. Furr has been involved in over 5 million square feet of shopping center acquisitions and developments across the United States.

Mr. Furr’s experience with the Direct team is over 15 years in the making.  Prior to serving as Chief Investment Officer, he was a partner and member of the investment committee of the private equity real estate firm that provided capital for many of the Direct investments.  Travis has been directly involved in over $3 billion of real estate investments over his career and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and The Real Estate Council.  Mr. Furr received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
