We are highly involved and experienced in the development of commercial retail shopping centers. From the ground up, we have constructed more than 3.5 million square feet of shopping center space. We have developed centers in partnership with the following tenants: Target, JCPenney, Kohl’s, Dick’s, Belk, Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, Safeway, Office Max, Ross, TJMaxx, Old Navy, Bed Bath & Beyond, PetSmart, Petco, Cinemark, Dollar Tree, Hobby Lobby, Cost Plus, Ulta.
The shopping center development business is dynamic and highly volatile. Our development business is a priority to us. We choose to deeply engage in evaluating and cultivating profitable opportunities for our partners.
We are active operators of commercial retail shopping centers. The management of a shopping center is a sum of day-to-day tasks that must be met with a well-designed plan and enthusiasm for its execution. Our management team offers hands-on experience in commercial property management. We are practiced at establishing the appropriate scope of work and executing it with diligence and precision.
LEASING AND MERCHANDISING
We provide our owner/landlord partners with leasing services that are based on the last 30 years of experience in leasing shopping centers throughout the Southwest. Our firm is proud to have represented our partners in millions of square feet of lease transactions ranging from 175,000 square foot regional anchors to 1,000 square foot neighborhood service users. Our focus is to provide the consistent hard work, creativity and deal-making skills that it takes to maximize each asset’s value.
