Kellie Drayovitch

Kellie Drayovitch is Chief Operating Officer of Direct Retail Partners where she oversees the firm’s corporate functions and property management platform supporting a commercial real estate portfolio valued at more than $350 million. She works closely with executive leadership in the acquisition, management, financing, and disposition of the company’s retail assets while leading strategic initiatives that improve efficiency and organizational performance.

Prior to joining Direct Retail Partners, Kellie served as Senior Vice President at Stream Realty Partners where she led the Financial Controls & Reporting (FC&R) team. Her experience includes financial reporting, treasury management, payroll administration, budgeting, banking relationships, technology implementation, process improvement, and organizational leadership.

Kellie received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.
