Brooks Roberts

Brooks is responsible for the oversight of new and existing development from acquisition to disposition as well as project leasing for Direct Retail Partner’s assets.

Prior to joining Direct Retail Partners, Brooks was an associate at DBA Commercial Real Estate, a 3rd party brokerage and development firm, where he was responsible for the representation of landlords throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth market. Brooks was born in Dallas and attended St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas where he studied Economics and Business Administration. Brooks is an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
