Norine Bowen

Norine A. Bowen has 25+ years of achievement in driving revenue growth and profitability for both regional mall and mixed-use developments. Norine is a successful retail development project manager with a unique and extensive background in property management, operations, leasing, retail sales, merchandising and multi-store management. Norine has proven abilities to establish strong interdepartmental relationships within the public and private sectors, drawing upon exceptional organizational and analytical skills, strong follow-through, problem solving and effective communication. She has worked for such high profile organizations including The MGHerring Group, Westfield Corporation, The Taubman Company, The Disney Stores, Banana Republic, and, most recently, DLC Management Corporation. As a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), she holds both the CRX and CSM designations. Norine Bowen is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and received her B.A. in Design & Industry from San Francisco State University.
