John Erspamer

John Erspamer, CPA, brings more than 20 years of diverse accounting, financial, and operational experience to his role as Senior Controller.   He is responsible for the overall financial management of the operating properties, and corporate entities in addition to corporate functions including Treasury and Investor Reporting.  John is experienced in all property types, including retail and office.  He is a contributor in the development of policies, process improvement and training.

Prior to joining Direct Retail Partners, John worked with firms including Greenway Investment Company, Howard Hughes Corporation and CBRE.

John holds a BBA in Finance from The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and completed his accounting requirements for the CPA exam at The University of Texas at Dallas.
